I was ready to dispose of my old couches, until I spoke to Kyle at The Cleaning Guys. He returned my call promptly, sent his team over within an 90 minutes (on a Saturday afternoon), who finished the job just as quickly - leaving behind only a trace of cleanliness and professionalism. Thank you!

I have used The Cleaning Guys for both my office and home furniture cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The team was exceptional from start to finish. They cleaned everything on-site, which meant no long waiting periods, and my furniture looked absolutely amazing afterwards.
What impressed me most was their responsiveness and efficiency. I messaged them at 6:00 AM, and they arranged for their team to be at my premises by 10:00 AM the very same day. That's service you rarely find these days!
Professional, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction. Keep up the fantastic work. I will definitely be recommending The Cleaning Guys to all my family and friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a bit of wobble with communication and a failed appointment. The team at the cleaning guys turned around an initially negative experience to a positive 5 star experience.
The team that arrived were friendly and professional working hard to get the job done properly and efficiently. Our couches are clean and we are happy customers.
If anything I just hope head office improves on communication as I see I’m not the only customer who experienced a lack of updates re late arrival around appointments and while these things happen, a customer will always appreciate being kept in the loop
